Summary of Findings

Of the 14 issues and 7 observations captured in the initial audit there are now no WCAG failures and 5 observations. These are:

• Observations (will not affect compliance score)
  • Some links open in a new tab without informing users in advance (Observation)
  • Purpose of the Back link could be more informative (Observation)
  • Alternative options could be announced more clearly (Observation)
  • Acronyms could be expanded initially (Observation)
  • Feedback buttons are not linked to the question prompt (Observation)

Other issues have been marked as resolved, and are identified with the ‘Positive’ label.
